New AA Side Underground Hip Hop Single Released Today - Anthony Kannon x Frost Gamble "Lazy Eye" / "Lazy Eye Remix" ft Brother Tom SOS

 

Out today through New Dawn Records, "Lazy Eye" is taken from the newly released album 'Cautionary Tales' by Ithacan rapper Anthony Kannon and east coast producer Frost Gamble, and includes a special additional remix featuring new Griselda Records signing Brother Tom SOS from Buffalo.

While Frost is on the boards for both versions, the beats are switched up and hit differently.  The grimy skewed rhythms of the atmospheric original are reworked as an electro boom bap slammer for the lyrical duo to deliver the high caliber rhyme skills and wordplay which has earned them the reputation as two of the hottest new talents to emerge from upstate New York in recent times.

The "Cautionary Tales" album release show takes place this Saturday November 18th at Deep Dive in Ithaca where Anthony will perform the entire album with a live band.  Among the special guests on the night is Brooklyn's Justo the MC who will be showcasing tracks from his new album "Urban Testimony", while Frost will be spinning a DJ set.
