New Interview Feature - Constant Deviants speak with The 9 Elements

East coast duo Constant Deviants release their new album "Omerta" on June 28th, and rapper and co:owner of Six2Six Records M.I. sat down with US online The 9 Elements recently as part of their "The Whole 9" interview series.

In this feature, he outlined the concept behind the new album and in particular the reasoning behind its recurring theme, while addressing the message being conveyed in the first single from it, "So Underrated".

A major development for the label in the past year has been the expansion into the world of film production. The creation of Six2Six Films coincides with M.I.'s own move into acting, as seen in last year's collaboration with European affiliates SWC Records and the release of "Swiss Banks". He will next appear in a movie named after the label but with a completely original storyline which also co:stars Treach (Naughty by Nature), Syleena Johnson and Chief Rocker Busy Bee, and it has already been selected for screening at this year's Hip Hop Film Festival in NYC.

The duo play Baltimore's LoudPalooza event on June 25th, then head to NYC the following day for a week to meet with press and guest on various radio shows.
