The 9 Elements Presents : The Whole 9 Interview with Horseshoe Gang

East coast online publication The 9 Elements have been running their "Whole 9" series of interviews over the past couple of years, and most recently sat down with Julius, Kenny, Demetrius and Dice from Long Beach crew Horseshoe Gang.

With their fourth official album "Anti-Trap Music" due to release on April 29th, the group discussed a variety of subjects. They spoke about their well documented rap battle with Funk Volume last year and leading on from this, gave their thoughts on the current beef between Joey Bada$$ and Troy Ave.

They go deeper into the motivation behind the new album title while the discussion then moved to address their views about rappers who have talked about selling or apparently endorsing drugs in their rhymes. The interview is wrapped as the group outline the benefits of operating as an indie in today's hip hop world and have their say on the US Presidential Election race
