050 Boyz Performing at The Battle of the Cities 20th December with Rick Ross and Rich Homie Quan
Brick City's 050 Boyz are renowned for their energetic live performances, witnessed this year at various summer festivals and most recently at Brooklyn's Black Bear Bar earlier this month.
The trio of Riq da Kid, Prince AK and Tru Trilla released their debut group album "Everything 050" in August, and received worldwide media coverage reflecting their dope lyricism over Clinton Place's bangin beats. The album also featured long time associates Treach (Naughty by Nature), DoItAll (Lords of the Underground), Lakim Shabazz, and many others from the Garden State scene.
They appeared on DJ Eclipse's Rap Is Outta Control show, performing an acclaimed freestyle cypher with Boston's N.B.S. before returning to Sirius Xm in September as guests of DJ Premier. Their album is available HERE
You will have the opportunity to see them performing live on Sunday 20th December at Newark's Prudential Center, 25 Lafayette Street, NJ 07102 as part of the Battle of the Cities event which will have streetballers from Newark, Los Angeles, NYC and Boston reppin their territory.
050 Boyz are appearing on the main bill headlined by Rick Ross, Rich Homie Quan and Migos. A massive show leading you nicely into the holidays, not to be missed. Tickets are $25 in advance, available online from TICKETMASTER, or at The Prudential Center's Box Office, or by phone 1 800 745 3000
