The new album "Before I Was Famous" from Genesis Elijah x Krate Krusaders has been one of the biggest UK hiphop releases of 2010. The single Doing My Damn Thing was released mid November, and the accompanying video was heavily supported by the hiphop community.

To celebrate the release on 6th December, there were a series of launch dates in Manchester, Dublin and at Gramaphone in London on 30th November which also included support from DJ Snuff, Jai, Iron Braydz, Kasha & B-Mus Khalil as well as more performances from many of the London based artists around at the time.

There has been a high level of media coverage as a result of 2 full press days conducted in London.
